:: Biography ::
Dr. Lamar is a former public school teacher, and is currently a professor of teacher education at MidAmerica Nazarene University. She is also the Kansas state coordinator for Gateways to a Better Education, an organization that promotes the learning of Judeo-Christian history, thought, and values in public schools. This passion was also the focus of her doctoral dissertation on religion in pubic schools.
