Title: "Using Differences in Conflict Resolution"

Duration: This presentation is three hours in length.

Description: This seminar utilizes the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a framework for addressing and benefitting from the conflicts that inevitably arise in the course of healthy church life. Rather than seeing conflict as a threat to unity, we can use conflict as a signpost that helps to direct our communication and guide our journey together.
