Description: Learn this friendly decision making technique pioneered by Dr. Edward deBono to help your team develop a common language to function more effectively in making both small and large decisions. The Six Hats method has been used in businesses, churches and personal effectiveness training. The halo adapts the basic strategy for use in a distinctively Christian worldview.
