The Sullivan Center is named in honor of the late Dr. Bill M. Sullivan, former director of USA/Canada Mission/Evangelism, for the International Church of the Nazarene.
Dr. Sullivan was a voice of encouragement to local pastors, and challenged the church to boldly engage in innovative ministry practices based on rigorous study of cultural trends. Dr. Sullivan founded the Association of Nazarene Sociologists and Researchers and served as a church planter, a pastor, a district superintendent, author and consultant over the span of his career in the ministry.
Questions about financial support or tributes to Dr. Sullivan may be directed to Tim Keeton, Associate Vice President for University Advancement, at 913.971.3275.
